I want to thank MyRedDoor’s team for allowing me to have total tranquility about renting my place in Canada. Since the first contact until receiving my keys (3 days ago) I have had total support to clarify any questions I could think of. The execution of the hired service was excellent, despite the challenge of finding a rental within my defined budget. Every setback was promptly communicated and, what’s best, promptly dealt with. The moment after the lease was signed and the rent paid is where you exceeded my expectations, the team stayed in touch with me up to the moment I stepped inside my new house (yes, they were there, waiting for me). First of all, I’d like to thank the attention and dedication of the MyRedDoor.ca team. I’ve had the support I needed to make my Canadian dream come true, arriving by myself with a 7 years old child with no fear and, the best part, with everything prepared and organized for my arrival. I had the opportunity to meet Rosana at the start of the pandemic, in a moment we knew nothing about the changes that were coming in this long journey. Even before signing a contract, we received information and guidance that I brought to Canada and into my life. We arrived, tenderly welcomed by the new house we rented from across the world, with furniture and groceries waiting for us and exceeding our expectations. Without you, none of that would be possible!
So Ro, I’m lost for words when it comes to describe everything this experience meant to us, it is horrifying arriving in Canada knowing nothing, nobody, feeling lost. The entire service provided since we were in Brazil, the conversations, meetings, until our turbulent arrival, was an amazing experience. Really, you were impeccable, Bruna and I have nothing negative to say, the love and care in everything is visible and we felt it in every interaction and I have to say we are very happy in our apartment. It is everything we wanted and more, everything we envisioned when we decided to come to Canada.
